Connect Bandsintown

Sync your tour dates from Bandsintown to your Jovie profile automatically.

Requirements

• A Bandsintown artist account with upcoming events listed

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Touring in your Jovie dashboard.
2. Enter your Bandsintown artist name exactly as it appears on Bandsintown.
3. Save your settings.
4. Jovie syncs your tour dates automatically. New dates appear on your profile within minutes.

What shows up

Your tour page at jov.ie/{username}/tour displays:

• Venue name — Where the show is happening.
• City — Location of the venue.
• Date and time — When the show starts.
• Ticket link — Direct link to buy tickets.

Keeping it updated

Tour dates sync automatically from Bandsintown. When you add, update, or cancel a show on Bandsintown, the changes appear on your Jovie profile automatically.

Troubleshooting

• No dates showing? — Make sure your Bandsintown artist name matches exactly. Check capitalization and spelling.
• Missing dates? — Verify the events are published and visible on your Bandsintown profile.
• Wrong dates? — Check the timezone settings on your Bandsintown events.
