Claim Your Handle

Your handle is your unique identifier on Jovie. It determines your public URL (e.g., jov.ie/yourname) and is how fans find you on the platform.

Steps

1. Navigate to Settings — From your dashboard, go to Settings then Profile.
2. Enter your desired handle — Type the handle you want. Jovie will check availability in real time.
3. Confirm — Click “Claim Handle” to lock it in.

Guidelines

• Handles must be between 3 and 30 characters.
• Only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores are allowed.
• Handles are case-insensitive (YourName and yourname are the same).
• Once claimed, a handle cannot be transferred. Contact support if you need to change it.
