Fan collection
Every visit to your Jovie page tracks engagement automatically:
- Anonymous visitors — Device type, location (city and country), browser, OS, and referrer are tracked even for visitors who don’t opt in.
- Fan notifications — Fans who opt in provide their email and get notified automatically when you release new music or go on tour.
- Intent tracking — Jovie scores each visitor’s intent level (low, medium, high) based on their behavior — clicks, time on page, and interactions.
- Engagement scoring — Each audience member gets an engagement score based on visit frequency, actions taken, and recency.
Audience dashboard
View all your audience data at /dashboard/audience:
- Visitor list — See who’s visited your profile, when, and what they did.
- Geographic data — Where your fans are located, by city and country.
- Device breakdown — Mobile vs desktop, iOS vs Android.
- Growth trends — How your audience is growing over time.
Fan CRM (Pro+)
Go beyond basic audience tracking with full contact management. Learn more.
- Contact management — Organize contacts with roles (manager, booking agent, distributor), channels (email, phone, DM), and territories.
- Unlimited contacts — Free plans are limited to 100 contacts. Pro and Max plans have no limit.

- Share your notification link (
jov.ie/{username}/notifications) in your social bios. - Use your Jovie QR code at live shows.
- Check your audience dashboard regularly to understand who your fans are and where they’re coming from.
